Before the surgery day:

• Start 3 days before surgery:
• Stop wearing soft contact lenses. (3 weeks for hard ones)
• No make-up for ladies.
• Start the eye drops.

• Do not forget to bring your eye care kit.
• No perfume or cologne.
• No make-up for ladies.
• Wear comfortable clothes.

• Make sure someone could bring you back home.
• You have to go to bed early.
• Keep the protective eye shield until the next morning.

• No shower, no TV, no reading and no computer.
• It’s normal to have blurred vision and burning sensation.

• When you wake-up:
• Take off the shell.
• Clean your face gently with a clean and humid cloth, without rubbing your eyes.
• Put your eye drops.
• You have to wear the protective glasses when you go outside (sun, dust, wind, etc) for one week.

For a period of 4 weeks:

• Avoid sun.
• Do not touch or rub your eyes

For a period of 2 weeks:

• No make-up.
• No swimming.
• No contact sports.
• Avoid smoke and dust.
• Avoid contact with animals.
